Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches


  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Food Color
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Sandwich Bread


  1. In a bowl add cubed chicken, yogurt, garlic paste, oil, tandoori masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, mix and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a fry pan on Low-Medium Heat, add oil.
  3. Fry Chicken Tandoori, until all the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Heat charcoal, add oil and cover – This will smoke the tandoori chicken.
  5. In a separate bowl prepare the sauce. Add 3-4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Ketchup, 2 Tsp Hot Sauce, 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper and mix.
  6. Assemble sandwiches. Lay bread open, add chicken tandoori, sliced salad mix, and serve along side sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
