Baked Cheesy Potatoes


  • 4-6 Yellow Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onions
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Green Onions/Chives


  1. Boil potatoes, drain, peel and slice carefully.
  2. In a bowl add sliced potatoes, red onions diced, ground black peppers, salt, seafood seasoning and toss gently.
  3. Heat cast iron pan on medium heat.
  4. Apply butter to pan.
  5. Add potato mixture, spread out evenly, add milk and simmer. Turn off heat. Add mozzarella on top.
  6. Pop skillet into the oven to bake at 325F for 10 Minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions or chives.
  8. Enjoy!
