Keski Fish Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Keski Fish
  • 1 ½ Cups Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 ½ Tsp Salt
  • 3 – 6 Green Chilis
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ Cup Oil

Directions:

  1. Clean the fish thoroughly.
  2. Heat a fry pan, Add oil.
  3. Add onions sautee until translucent.
  4. Add garlic and ginger paste, stir until raw smell evaporates
  5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and mix.
  6. Add small fish and combine with spices.
  7. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover and stir gently.
  9. Garnish with coriander.
  10. Serve with steam white rice.
