Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Keski Fish
- 1 ½ Cups Chopped Onions
- 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- ¼ Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 ½ Tsp Salt
- 3 – 6 Green Chilis
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ Cup Oil
Directions:
- Clean the fish thoroughly.
- Heat a fry pan, Add oil.
- Add onions sautee until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger paste, stir until raw smell evaporates
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and mix.
- Add small fish and combine with spices.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and stir gently.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve with steam white rice.
