Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 3-4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Green Chili
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped ( Medium Size)
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Lemon
- Sliced Red Onions
- Slice chicken breasts into small pieces.
- Heat tawa on high flame and add oil.
- Add chicken and fry.
- Add Garlic, Ginger, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and fry.
- Reduce Heat and cover until chicken is cook for 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
- Add ghee.
- Add green chili, cilantro.
- Squeeze lemon juice.
Serve with Paratha or Rice.
