Tawa Chicken


  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 3-4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Green Chili
  • 2 Tomatoes Chopped ( Medium Size)
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Lemon
  • Sliced Red Onions
  1. Slice chicken breasts into small pieces.
  2. Heat tawa on high flame and add oil.
  3. Add chicken and fry.
  4. Add Garlic, Ginger, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and fry.
  5. Reduce Heat and cover until chicken is cook for 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
  6. Add ghee.
  7. Add green chili, cilantro.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice.

Serve with Paratha or Rice.
