Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Tenderloins Thinly Sliced
  • 10-12 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 1 Ginger Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tsp White Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tbs Yogurt
  • 2-3 Green Chili Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

Step 1

Marinate Chicken with garlic, ginger, black pepper, white vinegar, soya sauce, salt. Refrigerate 1 hour for over night for Best Results

Step 2 

  1. Heat Fry pan that is Non-Stick – Add Oil
  2. Add marinated chicken 
  3. Add onions, tomato puree, yogurt, green chili and red chili powder
  4. Combine and cook until done. 

Serve with Rice, Noodles or Naan
