Ingredients
- 1 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon room temperature water

- In a small bowl, stir together the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- Add the flour to the bowl. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix
- Add the olive oil, room-temperature water, and yeast mixture and mix.
- Spray a medium bowl lightly with cooking spray or coat lightly with oil. Cover with plastic or a kitchen towel for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Gather, prepare and assemble pizza toppings.
- Once the doubles in rise, punch down to remove excess air. Form into 3 separate pizza doughs or 2 medium pizzas.
- Heat oven to highest setting.
- Assemble pizza by rolling out dough to form the pizza on parchment paper.
- Put toppings of choice.
- Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
