- 4-6 Chicken Breasts – Cut into Small Cubes
- Bay Leaf
- Whole Black Peppercorns
- Handi Chicken Masala
- Cumin Powder
- Tomato Paste
- Green chilies
- 1 Cup Cream
- Chicken Bullion
- Ginger and Garlic Paste
- 4-6 Potato – Peeled, Cut into small cubes
Heat the fry pan and add oil. Add the whole spices and onions. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a few minutes until raw smell evaporates.
Add in the powder spices – Handi chicken masala and cumin powder. Add Chicken bullion- Mix everything together until it becomes a gravy consistency. Add the tomato paste and salt.
Add chicken cubes and mix in with the mixture – cover and cook.
Once chicken is close to being cooked – add the potato cubes. Add water and cook.
When chicken and potatoes are done add in green chillies to garnish.
